Paul has been fortunate to work in the learning space over the last ten years for organizations that invest heavily in employee training and career development. Starting at the globally recognized management consulting firm Hay Group, he had the opportunity to work for clients like Actelion, Caterpillar and Pfizer as a consultant focused on training and instructional design within the leadership and talent practice.
Paul’s passion for learning technologies led him to TELUS where he jumped at an opportunity to leverage existing infrastructure to design, develop and promote connected learning programs for 18,000 team members within care, enablement, marketing, sales and operations roles.
At TELUS, Paul’s natural ability to understand virtual instructor-led training design and enterprise collaboration is a reflection of his initiative and unwavering courage to innovate within the field of training and development. He has been a driving force behind a multi-year blended leadership development curriculum, Work Styles™ training for leaders and team members and TELUS’ recent foray into Interactive Learning which uses game-design thinking to motivate positive change in behavior.
